In order to strengthen the construction of the Jiashijia skilled personnel team, deepen the reform of the enterprise's vocational qualification system, stimulate the enthusiasm of the company's employees for learning skills, and promote the improvement of the company's production quality and efficiency, the Jiashijia is in accordance with the notice of the Jiangsu Provincial Labor and Social Security Department's ''Jiangsu Province Vocational Skills Level Recognition Implementation Rules'' Spirit, actively organize preparations. After being reviewed by the Municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Center, the District Social Security Bureau, and the professional accreditation expert group, the Jiashijia authorized by the Jiangsu Vocational Skills Level Accreditation Center is used as a pilot to independently carry out the enterprise's vocational skill level accreditation work, and issue the ''Vocational Skills Level Certificate ".
For the first time this year, the Jiashijia organized and carried out the vocational skill level identification of "printing operator-junior worker. In order to ensure the professionalism, conformity and authority of this accreditation work, the human resources department took the lead and convened professional and technical teams such as research and development department, production department, quality control department, information department and equipment department to set up a vocational skills accreditation committee, which jointly organized courseware preparation, training implementation, theoretical examination, practical operation assessment and other work, careful preparations and arrangements have been made in terms of site layout, candidate verification, training management, examination management, assessment monitoring, etc., and relevant experts with vocational skill level assessment qualifications have been invited to participate in the assessment work.
